Nishi is a nutrition companion for metabolic health and mindful nutrition, including life on GLP-1. It notices patterns across what's in your kitchen, what your wearables are saying, and how you feel, then helps you act on what it sees.
Not a calorie tracker. Not a meal logging app. Not a generic AI chatbot. Not a weight-loss app. Not a medical device. If you want any of those, there are better options.
No. Nishi is built for the GLP-1 reality, but the work is the same whether you're on a GLP-1, navigating pre-diabetes, focused on metabolic health, working on longevity, or just trying to eat better. The Premium features around CGM integration, visit summaries, and medication-aware suggestions are most useful to people on GLP-1, but everyone benefits from the observation loop.
Most AI tools open with a blank prompt. Nishi opens with something it noticed about you. The home surface is a feed of observations: patterns Nishi found across your food, biometrics, and how you've been feeling. The chat is there when you want to ask, not as the main entry point.
Noom is a behavior-change program with daily lessons and human coaches. Nishi is an interpretation layer. It notices patterns and helps you act. Different jobs.
MyFitnessPal is a food log. Logging is the cost; the value is supposed to be the insight. Nishi flips it. Observations are the value, and we keep logging optional and minimal.
Levels owns metabolic awareness via CGM. Oura owns passive sensing. Nishi sits on top, interpreting their data alongside your food and how you feel. We integrate with both rather than compete.

We may surface anonymized cohort comparisons inside the product ("70% of women in month 3 on Wegovy hit protein 5+ days"). We don't share or sell those aggregates externally.
iPhone (iOS 16+) and Android (Android 11+). Apple Watch companion on iOS. Web access for account management and subscription.
Apple Health and Google Health Connect cover most wearables (Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Whoop, etc.). CGM: Dexcom Stelo and Abbott Lingo on Premium.
Yes. The observations get sharper with biometric context, but Nishi runs on what you tell her and what's in your kitchen alone.
No. Voice runs through Nishi's cloud-side AI service. It works wherever you have a connection.
No. Nishi is a wellness companion. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor or dietitian.
No. Anything dose-related, side-effect related, or symptomatic gets routed to your prescribing clinician. Nishi is explicit about this.
Yes. The Story tab generates a clean PDF you can print or share. It's designed to make the visit easier: clearer patterns, less guesswork, and a summary you can bring with you.
We pull date of birth and biological sex from Apple Health (or Google Health Connect) if you've shared them there. If you haven't, Nishi asks later in chat, when she actually needs to know.
Not yet. Multi-user households are on the post-launch roadmap.
We don't use passwords. Sign in with Apple or Google.
